With the game closed, extract the file and place the Manual Save-501 folder into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077
Start the game, load the save scan the ennemy on the chair, use “Detonate grenade” to get the achievement.

Kill or incapacitate three enemies with one “Detonate Grenade” quickhack.
With the game closed, extract the file and place the Manual Save-501 folder into Users/??Your User Name??/Saved Games/CD Project Red/Cyberpunk 2077
(You can also access “Your User Name” folder by tiping %userprofile% on explorer adress bar on in the search box of start menu).
Start the game, load the save scan the ennemy on the chair, use “Detonate grenade” (“Faire exploser la grenade” in French) on him to get the achievement.
Bonus : You are at ~10-15 ennemies from “True Warrior” achievement on this save.
